Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of services provided by Bandit Apps LLC ("Forge"). This includes QuoteAI, BOMSync, and SpecsAI (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Permitted Use
Our Services are available to anyone with a valid account and active subscription. Use them however you see fit, as long as you stay within the rules below.
3. Prohibited Use
3.1 Abuse and Exploitation
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits or usage quotas
- Share account credentials or API keys with unauthorized users
- Embed API keys in client-side code or public repositories
- Use automated tools to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions
- Resell or sublicense access to our Services without written authorization
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our processing pipeline or proprietary methods
3.2 Harmful Content
- Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Process documents containing illegal content
- Use our Services to facilitate fraud, deception, or any illegal activity
- Upload documents you do not have the legal right to process
3.3 System Integrity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts
- Deliberately overload our systems or conduct denial-of-service attacks
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the performance of our Services
3.4 Data Misuse
- Use our Services to collect or process personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws
- Upload documents containing sensitive personal information (SSNs, medical records, financial account numbers) unless required for your document processing workflow
- Use extracted data in ways that violate the original document owner's rights

5. Export Control
Our Services process your documents through third-party AI infrastructure. If you handle documents subject to ITAR, EAR, or other export control regulations, it is your responsibility to determine compliance. Contact us at [email protected] for on-premise processing options.
6. Enforcement
If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may at our sole discretion:
- Warn you and request that you stop the violating activity
- Throttle your account to reduced rate limits
- Suspend your account temporarily pending investigation
- Terminate your account permanently
- Block your access by IP address, email domain, or payment method
- Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities
6.1 Investigation
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations. We may review account activity, processing logs, and usage patterns. We do not retain or have access to the content of your uploaded documents.
6.2 Appeal
If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, email [email protected] with the subject "AUP Appeal." We will review appeals within 5 business days.
7. Reporting Violations
To report a violation, email [email protected].
8. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
