Refund Policy

1. Overview

All sales are final. Each document processed through our Services consumes AI API tokens that cannot be recovered. By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge that fees are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances described below.

2. Trial Period

The trial period is your opportunity to evaluate the Services before committing to a paid plan. We strongly recommend using the full trial before subscribing.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible for Refund

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

3.3 Partial Credits

If you experienced a legitimate issue that does not qualify for a refund, we may at our sole discretion offer a credit toward your next billing period or additional document processings at no charge. Credits are not guaranteed.

3.4 Service Outage Credits

If our Services experience downtime exceeding 4 consecutive hours in a single billing period, affected customers may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle and are not refunded to the original payment method.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan before the end of your billing period, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your prepaid term. No pro-rated refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining unused portion of your annual subscription.

5. Enterprise Customers

All Enterprise plan fees are non-refundable. Enterprise plans are governed by individual contracts. Any billing terms, including payment schedules and cancellation provisions, are defined in your Enterprise agreement. For billing questions, email [email protected] directly.

6. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your account email, the charge date, and a description of the issue
  3. We will respond within 5 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account and dispute the chargeback. We encourage you to reach out directly — it's faster for both of us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately for new transactions. Existing refund requests are handled under the policy in effect at the time of the original charge.
