You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial that includes up to 15 document processings per product. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period ends, you may upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the service. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiration.
Current plans, features, and pricing are listed on our website at forgesuite.ai. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Annual subscriptions are billed annually in advance at a discounted rate. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You may also cancel by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Services until your current billing period expires.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
You retain all ownership rights in any documents, data, or content you upload to our Services ("Your Content"). We claim no intellectual property rights over Your Content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of delivering results to you. We do not store Your Content after processing is complete. Your documents are processed transiently — held in memory only for the duration of the processing request — and are not written to permanent storage, not accessible to our team, and not retained after your results are delivered. This license terminates automatically when processing completes.
You own all results, reports, and processed data generated by our Services from Your Content ("Output"). We claim no intellectual property rights over your Output. You may use, modify, distribute, or commercialize your Output without restriction.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, feature requests, or ideas about the Services, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into our Services without any obligation to you.
We do not use Your Content to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine learning models — ours or anyone else's. Your documents are processed through third-party AI providers that maintain zero data retention policies for API usage. We select providers that do not retain or train on API inputs. A full list of approved providers is available in our Privacy Policy. No human at Bandit Apps LLC reviews, reads, or has access to Your Content during or after processing. Your Content exists in our systems only for the seconds required to generate your results.
When you upload a document:

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that:
You use the Services at your own risk. This disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of Florida.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you will not be charged again.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your account data within 30 days. If you want to cancel your subscription but keep your account (e.g., to access past results), cancel instead of deleting.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English, in Polk County, Florida, USA. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own arbitration costs, except that filing fees for claims under $10,000 will be split equally.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
